Role-based access in practice

Some pages in the Minpact dashboard only appear if your role allows it. For example, purchase approvals, payments, and the audit trail can be permission-gated.

  • Invite teammates: Add colleagues to your organisation so work does not depend on a single user.
  • Assign roles: Choose roles that match responsibilities (requesting purchases, approving, or managing settings).
  • Review permissions: See what each role can access before you roll out to the wider team.

Tip: align roles with approvals

If you use purchase approvals, set approvers first—then invite additional requesters. This keeps approval queues clear and avoids blocked purchases.
